Boots Orvino wanted to set up a campaign to boost the credibility of the brand. They also wanted to clear any doubts that might arise in the customer’s mind regarding the product and policies of the brand. Therefore, we instigated social media posts, clarifying the return/exchange policy, the quality of the products, and screenshots of reviews from people who have bought from the brand.
