With competition in the beauty industry being as fierce as a bright highlighter, we knew that ranking for those high search keywords was no walk in the park. But hey, if skincare can work wonders for a glow-up, so can SEO!

Brand’s SEO presence Before Onboarding

Before partnering with Adex, this skincare brand website had a limited SEO presence. Although the brand had been active in the digital space, its website was not ranking for highly competitive keywords, and most of the existing rankings were on the second or third pages of Google. The website lacked a comprehensive SEO strategy, and many of the product pages had low visibility.

Brand’s Objective

  • Their vision is to provide accessible, high-quality skincare products that promote natural beauty and enhance skin health. 
  • With a growing focus on e-commerce, the brand aims to become a leader in the herbal and natural skincare space, attracting a wider audience across the globe. 
  • Their goal was to not only increase website traffic but also improve sales conversion by ranking their products on the first page of Google.

Our Vision

We at Adex360, as a leading digital marketing agency, took this challenge with all our power. We thoroughly researched the challenges and market competition to devise a strategic approach to rank keywords on the first page. For this, we envisioned the following roadmap: 

  • We strategised to rank a specific collection instead of working on a whole website.
  • Our thorough, in-depth research helped us pick the trending seasonal products to rank on Google. For instance, our market analysis showed the high demand for “face washes” for the spring-summer season. 
  • As a result, we focused on ranking high volume keywords related to face wash.
  • We targeted the majorly audience in Pakistan with common skin problems like Acne, oily skin and dry skin, acne pores, etc. 

Challenges Faced 

The ranking of these keywords had its own set of challenges to overcome. Here are some of the most common challenges we faced: 

  • Strategically and naturally optimising keyword placements within the limited 70-character meta title and 140-character SEO optimised meta description. 
  • Ranking around 700+ keywords in the top 3 position on Google within a highly competitive niche and market. 
  • There was a huge keyword gap; most of their keywords were initially beyond the 5th page. 
  • No technical and internal link structure was developed on the domain. 
  • There were no specific niche based quality backlinks on the website. 
  • No SEO optimised URL structure on the website
  • Little to no content on the collection pages of the website

Complete SEO Strategy 

We at Adex developed a comprehensive strategy focusing on all aspects of the website. Our strategic approach included on-page optimisation, title and URL optimisation, link building, technical SEO and much more: 

On-Page SEO:

  • Optimisation of meta descriptions, title tags, and headers across all key product pages with relevant and highly searched keywords. We added more than 500+ keywords in meta titles and descriptions. 
  • Properly optimised URL structure to include highly searched terms like “Face wash”. 
  • Structured data markup (schema.org) to enhance product listings and improve visibility in rich snippets.
  • Implementation of a strong internal linking strategy to ensure content is easily discoverable by search engines.

Content Marketing and Blogging

  • Creation of engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts focusing on skin care tips, product guides, and beauty routines that integrate long-tail keywords.
  • Focus on creating value-driven, user intended content that attracts organic traffic while also converting visitors into customers.
  • Focused on Internal linking of products and category pages.

Technical SEO: 

  • Blocked all duplicate pages related to the collection through the robots.txt file.
  • Fixed all broken lists on the website 

Results and Impact 

Time Frame: 3 Months of Data (Mid Feb 2025–April 2025)

Keyword Ranking: 

  • 700+ Keywords ranked on the first page 

Increased Organic Traffic: 

  • Triple Organic Traffic was reported in 3 months. It went from 244k to 766k impressions within the first three months of our SEO. 

Website Visibility: 

  • The brand saw a 213% increase in website organic search in the first 3 months. 

Organic Sales:
